Today while I was preparing Cole's request for the last several weeks of Taco Soup, Erica was making a sign for her room. The boys were totally interested, since she was using a HOT glue gun (A.K.A. in a male's world "a tool"). Cash admittedly had ripped Erica's microphone top in half, so there is no question why the inspiration to make a sign, "Erica's Room". Anyway, the kids were working together on the sign. Erica teaching them where it is hot, Cash taking the red glue stick and pointing it at me to turn me into a "Big Red Tomato", and me finally doing my motherly task of making my littlest guy his Taco Soup. The education and magic continued for the needed 30 minutes and lunch was ready. Kids get seated and Erica brings her sign down to the dinning table. Cash looks at Erica and says, "Ooooo, Great Job Sissy!". Really a two-year-old is so sweet to make sure his special sister knows she did a good job? Another "cutest thing ever" moment for both Erica and I. Hopefully it made up for the now taped foam microphone.
